Hi Blame,
Thank you for your comments regarding the article Best Golf Drills, you need to tell your boss that to save any injuries going forward from playing golf he needs to do some stretching exercises prior to playing a round of golf or practising on the golf driving range, golf affects people in different ways so warming up with some exercises before playing is the way to go. If you have any more questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hi Michael,
Fantastic golf tips. My boss is a big fan of golf. In fact, he goes to his favourite golf course every week just to get some serious exercise. However, recently he’s been getting injured from his swings. I asked him maybe his form is incorrect because that would probably affect performance. I am not a golf player myself, but I assume that every sport has some kind of form to protect the player from injury. I will recommend these videos to him and see if he can learn something from it. Thank you.
