    I have had my share of struggles losing weight and staying in shape before. I tried almost anything.     Excellent article, I think most of us are trying to keep our weight under control at one point or another.

    As a golfer myself, I get quite a bit of exercise and I think that also helps. That said, the nineteenth hole definitely doesn’t!

    Thanks for the great article, I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. As someone who has worked out for 30 years I still live according to the mantra “abs are built in the kitchen”. Diet is so incredibly important and there is such a sea of information out there that it’s easy to get lost in it.

    I’m always on the look-out for a new diet and this sounds intriguing. Very often women’s schedules and responsibilities of managing their families puts them in a different category as far as diet – totally agree! Sometimes (like now) I exercise ferociously as a way to lose those unwanted pounds but I recently heard a podcast saying that exercise has very little to do with weight loss – it’s 80% diet and 20% exercise. Obviously exercise has numerous health benefits but what do you think of these numbers as regards weight loss?
