    This article caught my eye because I decided in January of this year to lose some weight, a goal I set every January. I enrolled at the gym and was able to wear some of my clothes which had been put aside because they couldn’t fit. I was really surprised to know that the weight really didn’t move until I adjusted my diet. This program seems to verify what I found out, and I am working on losing a few more pounds without having to workout harder. Thank you

    Losing 75lbs seems like an insane amount weight to lose, i wanna lose like 10lbs but for some reason or another, i can’t seem to do so. I’ve been around 180ish pounds for the last 2-3 years and i feel that if i dont take action soon, things might start going way downhill.
    Ive heard that a water diet can help you shed a lot of fat but, i dunno if I’d do that seems a little risky.
    Anyways i really enjoyed your article and am really happy for your success!

    Why?

    Well I used to work out daily but a bout of metatarsalgia seems to have put an end to that. I’m now looking for ways to slim down without exercising (until my foot gets better!).
